This introductory program allows participants to learn important coaching competencies and principles for daily use to improve the effectiveness of personal and professional relationships and to increase a sense of well-being.
The program also offers a clear understanding of what professional coaching is for people who want to understand whether coaching is the profession they exclusively want to do in their life or use in conjunction with other professions, or an approach they want to develop and use in their organization.

Human Resources professionals who would like to enhance their knowledge by learning the tools of coaching Executives who would like to become more effective leaders through learning coaching competencies and how they apply to leadership
Consultants in the area of leadership development who would like to learn more about using coaching skills and how to introduce them in their facilitations.
Professional coaches who are interested in obtaining additional ICF accredited coach specific training, to be used for their application for an ICF credential, or simply to broaden their learning and practice on the core competencies of coaching.

Each day of the program will address one or more key coaching competencies and principles for effective coaching. During the program participants will learn, through presentation, conversation and practice in pairs or in small groups, 8 key ICF competencies and 3 SUN principles for effective coaching.
